Shipping & Returns


Items are shipped primarily by UPS or FedEx (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 24 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you.  

We ship Monday thru Friday only.  Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients. All sales of products are made F.O.B. the shipping point. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges, and will reimburse Security Safety & Supply Inc for all shipping and insurance costs Security Safety & Supply Inc may incur.

Title and risk of loss of or damage to the products shall pass to Buyer on the date the products are delivered to a common carrier at the shipping point. In the event of any default by Buyer, Security Safety & Supply Inc may decline to make further shipments without in any way affecting its rights. Security Safety & Supply Inc will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of the products, resulting or arising from any cause beyond the reasonable control of Security Safety & Supply Inc.

The products will be deemed accepted on the Shipment Date.


Returns must be authorized prior to returning the merchandise. Please call, fax or email our customer service department at Phone 225-387-1567 Fax 225-387-6513 for return instructions. No restocking charge will be assessed to stock items if the products are returned within 7 business days. All merchandise must be returned in new and saleable condition or credit will not be issued.

Special orders are not refundable unless a defect is identified in the product.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation of orders are subject to a 25% re-stock fee. Special order product may not be cancelled or returned.
